My name is Nicole Wilson, and I’m the owner/operator of Your Pet AuPair. I am the proud cat parent of Violet & Ivy and Mimi (that’s my grandma name) to my daughter's dog, Daisy Mae.
I’ve lived in Harford County for most of my life and have almost always shared my home with cats and dogs. I’ve always had a very strong connection with most animals, but it wasn’t until Daisy Mae came into my life that I realized how important that connection was to me.
I’ve had many jobs over the years: server, real estate agent, sales person, personal assistant, etc., but it wasn’t until I started pet sitting that I knew I had found my calling. I’m truly passionate about my work and I wake up every day ready to get my day started, knowing that I’ll be greeted by all the sits & wiggles I could ever desire!
You can see all of our certifications and associations below. Continuing my pet sitting education is important to me; I can't be the best if I don't actively pursue knowledge and training.
MEET THE TEAM
Hi! I’m Kim and I’m so happy to become part of Your Pet AuPair! A little about myself: of course I’ve always been an animal lover, that goes without saying! I worked 4 years at a Veterinary Clinic as a Veterinarian Tech, and eventually expanded my duties to become a Boarding and Grooming Supervisor. I have training in caring for hospital boarders and animal behavior.
I have shared my home with a vast menagerie of pets over the years and now look forward to walking yours!
Hi, I'm Melanie. A lifelong animal lover, I am currently the pet parent of 3 fabulous kitties; Phineas, Lucy, and Elliot. In the past we have been happy to call dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters a part of our family. I have volunteered as a dog walker in the past with the Humane Society and am currently a foster parent for Best Friends in Harford County. I look forward to working with you and your pets!
When I'm not working with animals, I am an independent agent for a small family-owned travel agency called A Scoop of Magic.
Hi, I’m Rae! I love hiking, traveling with my Fiancé, and our four cats! I’ve been in the Pet Care industry since I was 19, but I’ve been an animal lover my whole life. I grew up with a dog by my side, and more recently, cats too! I’ve even had a family of Rats, as well as Red Eared Sliders, and Guinea Pigs.
No matter how small, or big the pet is, I will love them all the same. I can’t imagine a life without animals by my side, I took a break from dog walking for two years and missed it so very much. There’s no replacement for those wagging tails and smiling faces! I’m so happy to be back and I can’t wait to meet all of your pets!
Hi there! I’m Haley and I’ve lived in Bel Air just about my whole life. I own a Blue Nose American Pitbull Terrier and a Cocker Spaniel; Flintstone & Spanky.
I love to be outside working or with my boys playing fetch! My parents have owned a landscaping company for 8 years and I’ve worked with them since I was 15. I have grown up with all types of pets around me. I’ve taken care of cats, birds, chickens, hamsters, guinea pigs, horses, lizards, snakes, I really could go on and I absolutely love every single dog! No matter how big, small, goofy, sleepy; you name it and I love it.
I’ve had some experience with disabled (blind & deaf) animals as well and I have house/pet sat for family friends for many years! I’m so very excited to meet your pets and love them like they’re family!
Hi! I’m Paige and I am so happy to be a new addition to Your Pet AuPair. I am currently a student at Towson University getting a degree in Business Management. When I am not watching your pets, I am a grooming apprentice and kennel technician at Pleasant Pet Resort.
I have been working in the pet care industry for 4+ years bathing and as a kennel tech. I plan to put my degree and experience together to make a career of it!I can't wait to meet you and your pets!
My name is Jamie and I am a native of Bel Air. I grew up in a house full of animals and I am lucky that my 3 children have had the same opportunity. I have cared for a wide range of animals such as fish, birds, hamsters, cats and dogs, and even horses.
I enjoy being active and look forward to helping your furry family members stay active during the day as well.
My family also owns and operates Stitch Sensations.

For the past few years, I have spent much of my time at a horse farm.
I enjoy spending time outdoors and am looking forward to meeting your pets and keeping them active and engaged.
My name is Erin Montoya and I have been a Harford County resident since 2006. I grew up with a German Shepherd in the house at all times, and later became became a dog-mom to two feisty Boston terriers.
In 2012 we became very involved with fostering dogs, and eventually ended up adopting two of them - - Buddy and Mack became our “foster fail pups”.
In addition to keeping up with the dogs, I am a middle school teacher in Baltimore County and am a mom to three very active boys.

Hi, I'm Cailin! I'm a full time dental hygiene student at UMB and a part time server/ back up walker for my mom, Nicole. When not working or studying, I enjoy listening to music and cuddling with my dog, Daisy.
I adopted Daisy 3.5 years ago and she has brought so much joy into my life. We've had a few dogs over the years and have always had cats but Daisy really brought out the animal lover in me.
I love to explore the outdoors with Daisy and have been enjoying my time with your pups too!
Hello, I am Jenn. I am a native New Yorker who recently moved to Bel Air with my family. I started my career as a pre-school teacher then worked in the non-profit field as a fundraising event coordinator and now, I am super excited to work with Nicole and serve her clients.
Nicole and I met when I was in the need for someone that could handle my hyper and anxious rescue Husky mix Frankie Carlo. I have always had dogs and cats in my household with a wide mix of personalities and needs. I look forward to meeting my new four legged friends!
I also own and operate Signs of Heart with my wife. We put up fun yard signs to celebrate special occasions.
Hello, I'm Shannon and I have been in the veterinary field since 2003 and I received my DVM in 2011. I have worked in general practice and also doing end-of-life care services since graduating. In 2013, I helped launch the New Jersey Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice location and went full time with them in 2016. When I moved to Maryland in 2020, I decided to carry on my calling in end-of-life care to my own business - Eternal Pawprints Veterinary Hospice.
When I found Nicole and Your Pet AuPair, I instantly loved her and her company. We are both Fear Free certified which means we take pet's stress and behavior to their environment very seriously. Her and her company's dedication to servicing this community is exactly what I am looking to be a part of. I look forward to meeting your pets and sharing in their cuddles and kisses.
