We totally get wanting your visit at a certain time and when we can make that happen, we do! But to keep things running smoothly (and avoid sending our team zig-zagging all over town), we schedule within set time blocks and follow a geographic route within each block
.
The one exception? Puppies under 8 months old. We know consistency is key for house training, so we’ll always prioritize timing for our youngest clients.
We’ll do our best to honor specific time requests when we can, but we can’t make guarantees. Thanks for understanding, we promise your pet is always our priority.
We don’t store client keys mainly because there's no practical way to get them to the right team member at the right time and get them back afterward. So instead, we use lockboxes at the home, which keeps things simple, secure, and consistent for everyone.
Don’t have one? No problem! You can grab one from us for $15.
Not into the idea of a lockbox? We can use a garage code or door keypad, but keep in mind that those systems can occasionally glitch. For peace of mind, we always recommend having a backup plan like a lockbox tucked somewhere else on your property or leaving a spare key with a trusted neighbor.
We work as a team, so while we can’t guarantee the same exact person every time, you’ll usually see the same small crew visiting your pet week to week. Our staff members have different schedules, classes, and appointments, so we can’t assign just one sitter to each home.
That said, we do our best to keep everyone working close to where they live. That means your visits will almost always be handled by a familiar face or someone who’s part of your pet’s regular crew.
Yes, absolutely! Any professional coming into your home should be, and we wouldn’t have it any other way!
For your peace of mind (and your pet’s safety), we’re also certified in Pet First Aid & CPR. You can rest easy knowing your home and your furry family member are in experienced, responsible hands.
